Excel "The Joke's On You" CD
Amazing CD reissue of classic west coast crossover albums by Suicidal Tendencies cohorts, Excel! Includes 5 bonus tracks that eventually became the band's 1995 Delicious Vinyl release. Selling 20,000 copies even before Metallica plagiarized the track "Tapping Into The Emotional Void" for their 1991 mega-smash "Black Album", "Joke's On You" was a Skate Rock staple of the time and it's cover of the Police's "Message In A Bottle" was heard on every skate park ghetto-blaster in Southern California. The band went on to getting even more recognition when guitarist Adam Siegel joined up with Jane's Addiction's Stephen Perkins, along with Mike Muir & Robert Trujillo from Suicidal Tendencies to form Infectious Grooves.
